Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Artlyn iOS application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
Artlyn grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and the App Store rules. You may not distribute, rent, lease, or reverse engineer the App. All intellectual property rights remain with Artlyn.
User Content
The App allows you to create and store sketches and other artwork on your device. You retain full ownership of your creations. You are responsible for the content you produce and for complying with applicable laws when sharing your artwork.
App Updates
We may release updates to enhance functionality or address issues. App Store settings may allow automatic updates. Continued use after an update signifies acceptance of any revised features or Terms.
Availability
Artlyn strives to keep the App accessible and stable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App without notice.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use the App at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artlyn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by removing it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms occasionally. Updates will be made available through the App listing. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
